Raschke Appointed To Scientific Advisory Board At University of Vienna

Carl Raschke has recently been appointed to the Scientific Advisory Board of the Center for Religion and Transformation at the University of Vienna.

The initial appointment by the Rector at the University of Vienna is for four years.

The Center, formally established in 2018, encompasses 14 disciplines and 7 faculties at the University of Vienna, among which are theology, philosophy, social sciences, law, cultural studies, philosophy and education.

Its central purpose “is to achieve a clarification on the interactive coherence of religion and societal transformation processes in contemporary Europe and beyond looking at the many versatile approaches from the different participating research fields.”
